Awaken Your Day - June 9, 2008

Get up and stretch.
Go for a brief chat at the water cooler.
Basically anything to clean the slate, and bring your activity to a point where when ready, you can focus again.

This works well when you are working on your dreams and goals as well. Sometimes, just get up and take 5. You will come back refreshed and more in the zone.

Enjoy your 5 where you find them today, so that you might enjoy more the feelings you get from all the rest of what you accomplish.
