Is My Future
We sat together at dinner, and the moment had
finally come. It felt like I had waited forever, and
now I was to ask her to be just that, my forever.
As I slid the little wrapped box in front of her, I
somehow held onto my voice for a few more seconds.
"You've heard me say, 'I love you', at least a
thousand times. So I wanted to tell you in a way
you hadn't heard it before ..." As I trembled I
could see the smile in her eyes, even through the tears.
"Will you marry me?"
She
Said,
"Yes."
Happy Anniversary babe. Thinking about you and these wonderful years all day.
