AYD - June 5, 2013 - What you don't see can teach you more.

"More often than not, a hero’s most epic battle is the one you never see; it’s the battle that goes on within him or herself. "
- Kevin Smith, Actor/Director/Author/Entertainer

There are two messages to "take away" from this today.

First, consider the movie actor you like so much...or the musician and band, and then the sports players that make it look so easy.

Behind every 50 goal scorer, 4 time champion, best defensive player, platinum selling artist, grammy award winning, "Thank you to the Academy" - is years of hard work, self leadership, internal development, team building and desire, determination and so on and so on.

We get the benefit of all that hard work.  People who are in those fields, understand the background...the lead up... the intensity and the sacrifice and from there, it inspires them.  You, can use awareness as your comparison and put yourself into that catagory.

It does not take much to know how they got to be so good as to be recognized as the best in their field.

So...take away the opportunity to be aware of the road to the greatness for your favorites and your mentors.

Now, secondly, recognize some of the battles you have endured within that OTHERS have not seen, and do not know have lead to your own successes of any size or shape.  What did you meet head on in order to achieve some of what others see in you or your achievments ?    And... have you underestimated your Battle Ability and delayed even more success because of it?

Point to ponder on this Wednesday... I know I sold myself short... and today, is not going to be the same.

Good morning, Great day.
Greater you ... well, let's just see how people respond to a greater you...shall we?
