Why do we like some things that we do?
We often discuss our Why as it pertains to our purpose, fulfilling and focussing on goals and dreams. And it is just as enlightening to actually identify what it is we like about some of the activities we choose.

Not that everything needs to be analyzed until we are dizzy with thought. But sometimes the "I never thought of it that way" factor is fun to discover.

Maybe consider some things you like to do today and ask yourself what value they bring you that keeps you so interested.
Who knows ... some of us guys might discover we actually enjoy trying to understand women more than we thought... while some of the ladies may discover one of the reasons they like wine is because of the "I own you" euphoria effect they get when their husbands have that perplexed look on their face, like they are trying to figure something out.
