Awaken Your Day - July 14, 2017 - Make A Change

I went down a path this morning. Saw something that set me off, shook my head, and brought about a long train of connected aggitated thoughts all related to my physical environment.
And the challenge presented itself.

When you encounter a challenge that requests you spend alot of time building resentment, repeating negative details that will not make sense no matter how many times you tell them, stirring up your anger .... these challenges eat away at more than just your present mood. Time. Wasted time ...eaten away and leaving a void in your head and your emotional energy accounts.

Today the trigger was part of my physical environment. The first path to realign successful control of my time and energy is to change my physical environment ... but when that is not an immediate option ... the foundational path is to always change my focus. There is no reason to focus on the negative moment and let it distract me from seeing the rest of my day or my surroundings and the value that is yet to be discovered.

So with that ... I make an adjustment, Awaken My Day on a new page ... and rework the Challenge to something constructive. Because I am aware of the consequences.

See the challenges for what they are before they absorb all that you are in that moment.

Good morning, Greater day. Greater You ... sometimes having to try a little harder, but finding a way.
