"Don't let the start stop you."

Not my words but certainly meant for me over time. No matter if you make a New Year's Resolution or a promise or a plan to do something, change something or improve something ... what ever measure you put in place for yourself, I urge you not to set the goal so high that you then find it hard to appreciate a simple and consistant effort to begin your journey.
Many will set the bar high, and then find it difficult to get traction that feels like progress, and then the reasons not to try begin to introduce themselves.

Challenge yourself most certainly, but then make a plan that allows you to see and enjoy the progress, and not one that is only focussed on the finish line defining the success.
