AYD - double shot memory worth repeating part two - because I needed a reminder. Good morning.

It is great to get a turbo boost from a motivational moment. The trick is to teach ourselves how to maintain contact, maintain a certain consistency on the throttle, so that we stay motivated past the enlightening moment - from a quote or an event that ignites that passion.
Each of our days we can start off on the right foot leaving the house to encounter the routine, but are we putting into place the habits we need to maintain that right foot forward energy?
The desire is there, we just need to ensure our plan supports it. So if we need to have reminders and affirmations - put them up so we get visual. If we need like minded people whose influence is around us to keep us on track - find them, identify them, and then make contact at times through the day. We need to work toward making our motivation part of our own habits, and in so doing we will have one hand on them at all times - making the times of need not so urgent, but rather a little more manageable with the good habits we are forming to keep our motivation at the ready.
