AYD - May 22, 2013 - What Boosts Your Enthusiasm?

Would you not agree, that we are often distracted by the shiny?  Or by the new and improved must have it? Many of us guage our success by what we have got... by our stuff. 

We catagorize our achievement by where we are on the money scale ... what we have accumulated... or what we can "afford".   Not to take away from the enjoyment all of our stuff gives us ... I just like to be reminded of the root feeling that really gets us moving. 

Something in your life that gets your energy levels pumping up, that gets your effort into gear, that gets your heart involved.  

So, your challenge today is to ask yourself the obvious - What makes you enthusiastic?  What gets you to that place where it is hard to contain yourself?   What do you have to be enthusiastic about in your life?   What do you approach in your day with enthusiasm?  One thing...or all things?

1. absorbing or controlling possession of the mind by any interest or pursuit; lively interest: He shows marked enthusiasm for his studies.

AYD - May 21, 2013 - A Simple Choice

A simple start to our day ... Pause in the hurry that is a morning schedule ... embrace either physically, or just emotionally, all that you have in your life.

Health, Family, Spouse, Children.

Recognize those people and things that bring value to life. 

Let go of stress and moments that dominate us with distraction from what really matters.

Let go of things that are truly petty when compared to the list of what you truly value.

We must pause and reorganize our thoughts, feelings and emotions sometimes.  Like a reset button, we sometimes just have to put things back in perspective.

AYD - May 16, 2013 - What is your chosen Perspective?

Perspective.  We see many things just how we choose to.  But does that mean we are standing in the best position to get the best view?

Sometimes, or should I say, Most often, we simply need to be asking a Better Quality Question, to find the vision we are truly looking for.

Congratulations to all of our friends whom just in this last year have attained a new level of achievement in their drive for their goals.  May you be an inspiration to many.

And now...a fresh day to examine my own Perspective.
