On those days, just make sure you are not speeding and also stop for alot of pee breaks so as not to be hard to find.

Not to be confused with the beginning of your worry, and anxious thoughts about the week, about work, about to do lists.
A beginning of positive choices.
A beginning of a new success list.

Take out a piece of paper, or start a word document on the computer.

Title it - "Successes this week."

I will give you the first one .... "Began the week strong and ready."
