It had taken me a long time.
A long time to understand what gifts I possessed.
And then, when I stopped clouding myself with desperation, and took a moment to breathe, it was all so clear.
When you give in to a moment and believe in yourself, and wrap yourself up in that blanket of belief, draw closer to you those who believe in you as well … then you can begin to watch the transformation take shape.

It is then that even the costs we encounter seem so minimal to the abundance that comes our way.

Awaken Your Day

Last nite about 12 strangers met in a room. All sharing pieces of a common goal. By the end of the next couple hours, we were sharing in each others goal. Encouraging each other to make it through. I may have been tired, but I got through the first night of a physically challenging fitness course. Partly due to the words of some strangers. Partly due to some handshakes, and the words, "See you on Thursday."

I didn't focus on what I once was. I found out where I am. And now I get to set some exciting new goals, to get to a place where I have never been, and to see some good people get to where they want to be.

It is a good morning.

Life is a fun puzzle. At least I understand it that way now.
Funny how you can feel so lost at some points along the way,
and then something brings it together and you can see with great meaning and purpose.
We need one, to appreciate the other.
Lost, and found.
It is all a part of understanding our value, and the difference we can make.

I like to think that with each step I have taken,
I have left in plain view, a piece to this puzzle;
So that others may find it easier to put it all together.

It’s a wonderful life, and I am so grateful to have found it.
