AYD - May 15,2012 - How about a Hug?

"To find fulfillment...don't exist with life...embrace it."
- Jim Beggs

Far too often, and yet often too late, we find ourselves in a moment of realization.  We come to a slow motion "ah ha" moment not unlike that movie scene where the actor's face tells you they finally pieced the pieces of the puzzle together, and it usually comes too late.

Only in our scene, we suddenly become aware that a certain amount of one of our most precious resources has some how flown by.  This commodity of time, shows less in the bank, and we question what we were given in return for this undefined investment. Where did it go?  What did we do with it?  How did we spend it?

And this is when, we face the truth that it was our act of simple acceptance that created the routine expenditure that has now compounded to a measure that we often regret.  An amount we now identify with, as valuable.  An amount that had we invested just a little differently, maybe spread out over many more days, would have yielded a greater return.  Many small investments different from the standard routine, bring us a larger portfolio.... of skills, or knowledge, or memories, and abilities.

Achieved Goals.
Strings of successes.
Network expansion.
Like minded links and connections.
A greater voice for passions untouched.
Conquered fears.
Conquered doubts.
A path less taken....by ourselves.

Life flies by when you sit and watch the same version of your movie playing over and over.  Life is a rush, when you step up and play the part in your favorite scene.

Embrace something new.  If only for 15 minutes a day.  Just embrace it...everyday.

Good morning.  What will you embrace today?
