Quite simple really.
Do not give in, or give up.  Be who you want to be, and by being the image of the better person, you influence others around you. 

By being an expression of the quality person you want to be, you influence others that are drawn to those qualities in your personality. 

One of the key elements to overall success is surrounding yourself with like minded people.  By being the best you for you,  others find that they can be themselves around you, and your personal success not only attracts others that are like you, but it opens the door for people to feel good, and explore the scary waters of just being themselves.

Again, I share with you my thoughts... "Are you waiting, or are you creating?"
