Okay... and just to stir things up a bit... do some jumping jacks after that bowl of ice cream just to instigate the fight.
Point is people, we often spend far too much time worrying about something than the worry is really worth. We cannot be afraid of everything we have deemed "bad", or the fear will start to take over and cloud your judgement; as is the case when we worry too much about a tasty snack, or buying that shirt, or so many other simple little choices we trip over.
The key is to not OVER indulge. Set some limits for yourself. Moderate your vices. Enjoy little cheats so you don't wallow in self pity for having treated yourself.
We create the pain in anticipation of the pain we will feel if we enjoy something. We do not have to overthink it...just fix the think.( Fix the Think...mine, mine I tell you all mine.).
You will feel horrible if you eat that whole pizza... but you can enjoy a couple slices. Have a great weekend...
