AYD - June 24, 2013 - Avoid the Shadows

"Learn to see in another's calamity the ills which you should avoid. "
- Publilius Syrus, ( - 100 BC)

We talk alot here about overcoming the symbols and stereotypes that follow poor Monday like a bad reputation.  That is all fine for us, but it dawned on me this morning that there are many out there that can be the example we need of what we do not wish to be.

Being aware of someone else's choice to expand the black shadow of Monday gloom (  or any gloom but Monday is a good starting point to paint the picture of our plan ) will help us see the list of what we DO NOT want on our journey to becoming a walking, talking demonstration of how WE DO want to represent ourselves.

As you go thru your day today, purposely pick up on the negative vibes for two reasons. One, so you can recognize any behaviours you feel you may be doing and then see what they look like so you can further act to stop it....  and two, so you might find someone that needs a moment of your awareness and help to get past it.

The grasp you have on planning control over your Good day, may need to be paid forward to someone who needs some understanding, or a kind word, or a simple act of kindness to get them back on track, or to just give them a reason to see past the shadows even for a moment.

Good morning, Great day.
Greater you, can bring a much a better environment to those around you.
