Awaken Your Day - May 26, 2017 - Only You have the power to prevent ...

"Your problem is not the problem. Your reaction is the problem."
- Robert Rhau

This is one of the greatest things a person can learn. I have shared this comment in different words, shapes and with assorted levels of intensity, but it all comes down to this ... it is not what happens to you, it is how you respond.

Things are going to happen. Some beyond our control, some we can plan or prepare for and then there is just all the other clutter stuff that life adds to the map.

So all this is good to talk about... but like most things, if we do not apply this right now to something we lose the awareness on the point. Your job today - identify a problem you have right now. Be it with a friend who has done you wrong, or something at work, an issue with your child or family of somekind, your car won't start, you burnt your lip, stepped on a lego, or forgot to change the cat litter.

Anything !!!

And now ... understand .... your reaction to your problem has this crazy power to control you - in the moment, in the day or if you are really annoyed maybe all weekend and into next year. It can control you and how you impact others right now.
It was just a lego. It hurt. It's done now.
Now What ?

Good morning. Greater Day. Greater You, commanding and showing the Greater You.
