You see those movies, where someone goes back in time, and they change one little thing...and the forward ripple effect changes everything in life when they fast forward back to the here and now? 

So what if you did that right now?  Is today a carbon copy of yesterday?  Last year?  Last class reunion?

Do you need to find something, anything that will introduce change?  It can be easy.  And it starts small.

Do something different today.  Take a different route to work.  Read a part of the paper you normally might skip over.  Ask questions like, " How does that work?"  and "I wonder how they do that...."

Deviate from your normal and add an ingredient.  Mom's old meatloaf recipe might need some hot sauce... so try it... you might like it.
