While pondering how to get there from here, if we focus mainly on the channel we have to leap across to get 'there' - then how can we even judge our distance, or guage our speed or even pick the best spot to land?

I'd rather look across to that destination, cup my hands to my mouth and confidently yell, "I'LL BE RIGHT THERE!"
