There are a lot of motivating comments, suggestions, and inspirations moving around right now. A lot of value to be absorbed.
It can be overwhelming - as we sift through it all to find that piece that is just right for our needs.
Stay calm. Do not stack it all up and try to carry it with you.
Might I suggest you do not add to your stress by trying to introduce too many inspirational tools to work into your plans for a better you.
Start small and be consistent. Don't wait but don't overpromise. This business of "New Year's Resolution" can be quite pressure filled. Start small - start with recognizing that any step forward is... forward. This is not a free pass to accept less than you can offer yourself, rather it is an idea that is often overlooked as we strive for unreachable goals that we set too high.
Take a step of action - no matter how big - recognize that you did make motion forward - BUT then take another step.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
Never put off until tomorrow, that which you can do today.
You see, many of the inspired moments you will hear right now, compliment each other. Not separate messages, but rather partners in successful growth.
Take a step, see what you can see, feel good for the step is now accomplished. Look at the map of the goal checkpoints, and take another step. Recognize how it worked. Get your feet steady and stay balanced, get comfortable in the surroundings. Ready, set ... and another.
Good morning, Greater Day. Greater You ... just as you carefully planned.
