"Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted. It's a phrase worth considering at every brick wall we encounter, and at every disappointment. It's also a reminder that failure is not just acceptable, it's often essential."

I believe that every experience of our lives carries with it an opportunity to take forward something valuable.
Yes, including the harsh times.
When we have run the emotions of the moment, be them good or bad, we have an obligation to ourselves to take meaning and experience forward so that we can be fully aware, prepared and mostly appreciative of what is to still greet us in our days.
When you have a setback, you must identify it for what it was and carry forward your understanding of why or how and then you are more equipped for the next attempt, and the odds move into your favor.
Your favorite sports figures practice this daily. Leaders encounter this constantly.
You and I are no different than the best in any of those fields.
We begin, we learn, we may fail, and we learn, we push forward and we remember what we learned, and we push forward some more.
You and I are no different than the best in any of those fields.
We begin, we learn, we may fail, and we learn, we push forward and we remember what we learned, and we push forward some more.
Where are you this morning? And are you touching on all of what you have experienced to move you forward?
Good Morning, Greater Day. Greater You - with all that experience.
