Felt accomplished today when I finished up a nagging but important task, made contact with old friends and coworkers and new contacts, and did not feel rushed. All little rewards often overlooked.
Then took Tonto to grab Piano out of storage. All systems go. Airbags, hitch, trailer brake, battery, lights. All good. And I felt like a kid in a candy store with that first pull away from the lot. Tomorrow Piano gets an alignment and maybe a new shoe or two. Feeling prepared. A hidden reward. Feeling safe. A hidden reward. Getting ready for camping - well that isn’t a hidden feeling at all.
Be thankful for hidden rewards that make the focus events feel the way they do.
Good afternoon.
