I love tripping over the most obvious of advice, said in the simplest way. I'm not a fan of that truth applying to me ... but I am man enough to admit that it does.

A seminar, a class or even the moments we share here at AYD. If you do not plan to apply yourself to the tools you reach for to improve your morning or your life - if you drop the passion on the desk on the way out the door in the morning and you roll over and play dead as soon as the outside smothers you with distractions ... then do we really want the improvement we seek?

Build up your passion. Energize and hype your reasons. Believe the hype. And wear it like your favorite coat. And then, take all that energy and take one more next step. Repeat ... and grow.
