Awaken Your Day - Make friends with reminders

Inspiration can find you anywhere, and reminders ... well, those are like ninjas. Hundreds of ninjas.

Be open to life’s reminders. Allow them in. Spend a solid moment with them. They are not the enemy. They are the little gutter ball rails that help us keep ourselves pointed at the targets we set for our goals.

Be aware of these real life little kicks in the “stay alert” pants. Like this morning, as I was walking ( whining) around the track I saw this ....
